Millions of NT 4.0 systems face phase-out

On June 30, Microsoft will end support for the operating system leaving computers potentially vulnerable. Windows NT 4.0 has given, for the past eight years, a steady flow of software fixes and other improvements. Microsoft unwraps Longhorn

If all goes according to plan, Longhorn will appear in 2006. Billed as the biggest release of Microsoft's OS since Windows 95 nearly a decade ago, Longhorn will include technology for building a new generation of "smart client" software that combines the look and feel of PC applications such as Word or Excel with immediate access to information on the Web. Gone "phishing"

I'm sure you have received some email asking you to update your bank account or credit card information because of database maintenance. Do not input any personal information without first verifying the request with your institution. This could be phishing , which is a way of stealing information about you and your identity. In the last 6 months the problem has been increasing. Microsoft has already filed nearly 200 lawsuits against spammers. This graph gives you few statistics.
